htfa.datasets.load_development_fmri_subject(bold, confounds, cache_dir=None)[source]¶

Mask one development_fmri run (cached), without cleaning it.

Parameters:

boldpath: The run’s *_desc-preproc_bold.nii.gz file.
confoundspath: Its *_desc-reducedConfounds_regressors.tsv file.
cache_dirpath, optional: Where <subject_id>-<key>.npz is cached (default: htfa next to bold). The key changes with the preprocessing settings and the input files; an unreadable cache file is recomputed.

Returns:

Xarray of shape (V, T), float32: In-brain voxel time series (see the module description for the mask).
coordsarray of shape (V, 3): Voxel coordinates in MNI mm.
confoundsarray of shape (T, C): Confound regressors, NaN set to 0.
